All projects are individually priced. The final quote will depend on the complexity of the work and timelines involved. We will provide you with a custom quote, tailored to your specific project, within 24 hours of receiving your Quote Request. If your need is more urgent, please call for immediate assistance. Purchasing Block Rate Plans Billing Policy & Practice: Hourly Billing Plan: Unless other arrangements are made, clients will be billed hourly, in 15 minute increments, for all general and administrative work. A 1 hour minimum will be charged on all projects. Clients will be billed on the 15th of the month or at the completion of a project, whichever comes first. A retainer fee of 50% of the quoted cost is required from new clients. E-mail or confirmation letter containing project specifications must be signed before services are performed. Block Rate Plans: Block Rate Plans are a cost savings for long term clients and are available in 20, 40 and 70 hour increments. All discounts are based on a rate of $40.00 per hour. The first month's fee is due at the time the Block Rate Plan Agreement is executed. Block Rate clients are billed monthly, in advance, thereafter. If a client's billable hours exceed their Block Rate Plan in any given month, the excess hours will be billed at the discounted rate for the plan in which they are enrolled. Note: Any unused hours under a Block Rate Plan may be carried forward for a maximum of one month. Costs: Long distance charges (within the Continental United States), photocopies and faxes under 5 pages in length will not be billed to the client. Postage, labels, stationery, transportation/delivery fees, overnight delivery services, holiday cards and/or other specialty items will be billed to the client at actual cost. A detailed invoice will be provided in those instances. Payment: Payment is due upon delivery of completed work. Payments may be made via personal or company check by regular mail, or through PayPal's Online Payment Service. Clients will not incur additional fees for utilizing PayPal's Online Payment Option, and we recommend it highly. You may also pay securely using any major credit card via PayPal. A $30 service fee will be charged for any returned checks. Accounts which remain outstanding beyond 30 days from the date of invoice will be subject to a monthly service charge of $10.00.
